Financial awareness, in a business context, is the development of the fundamental laws and disciplines of “balancing the books”. Being a manager, with budgetary and decision-making responsibilities, means you have to have sufficient technical knowledge or understanding of finance principles to allow you to function at an optimum level.

The purpose of management training is to provide individuals with a better understanding of different financial methods within a business.

Individuals and managers who have previously received little or no financial awareness training will benefit from attending this management course. Others who will benefit include graduate management trainees who need to develop an understanding of the principles of business finance.
