This training programme will offer the participants an opportunity to update their skills in planning, implementing and monitoring projects.
Part of this course is to carry out independent research and investigation for executing a business project, covering all the aims and objectives.
The trainees will become more confident in decision making, problem solving and research activities using project management skills.
It will also focus on stakeholder engagement and managing their expectations in an understandable format.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to produce a project managing plan covering aspects of cost, time, scope, quality, risks, resources and communication.
We will also study how to carry out a WBS and create a Gantt Chart to provide timeframes and monitor the stages of project completion.
You will be able to analyse research data using appropriate tools and techniques and communication appropriate recommendations to the senior management or stakeholders.
