The aim of the training is to instigate a process of rapid improvement through achieving a collective understanding of the standard principles of management we need to draw on if we are to accomplish our set targets.
Every person in a position of authority should be competent in managing and leading teams because of the challenges facing organisations. While most leaders and managers may be technically proficient, there will be gaps in their abilities to manage and inspire their staff. It is important, therefore, for managers and leaders to consider developing their management skills to be better equipped to achieve their objectives.
